CONTEXT & OBJECTIVE

How do ready-to-order products and a bespoke atelier share one clear presentation?

Look4Design brings together curtains, drapes, home textiles, a bespoke atelier and hospitality solutions. This study examines how a store can explain the difference between choosing a product and preparing a bespoke enquiry. Those intentions need different information and next steps.

USER EXPERIENCE

An understandable journey before a feature list.

Illustrative journey: a visitor explores textiles for a room and decides whether a product or the atelier is appropriate. For a bespoke enquiry, dimensions, space and preferences provide context. This explains the journey; it does not describe a real order or a verified integration.

WHAT COMES NEXT

Directions for validation and development.

A later review can examine how atelier enquiries differ from product orders and where people need clarification. Commercial conclusions require real store-operation data.
