Terms and conditions
How to use the website, what an enquiry means and how a project’s terms are agreed. Services are commissioned under an individual agreement and a defined scope of work.
Updated on 27 October 2026 · 2026-10-28-v10
This version describes website services, contact details, data retention and your privacy choices. Individual project terms are agreed separately.
1. Provider and scope of these terms
Services under the AURENIQ brand are proposed by HITEXBAU ROMANIA S.R.L., RO46984605, J2022001708208, EUID ROONRC.J2022001708208, Aleea Castanilor nr. 6, Deva, județul Hunedoara, 330041, România. You can contact us at contact@aureniq.ro.
We mainly serve companies and sole traders/PFA, but may also assess enquiries from individuals. Consumer status depends on the purpose and legal circumstances of a contract, not simply the name entered in a form.
These terms describe website use and a proposed collaboration framework. Project details are set out in the accepted proposal and contract. Negotiated provisions apply within the law and do not remove mandatory consumer rights.
2. From enquiry to agreement
You can explore services, prepare a browser-only brief or submit through the configurator when enabled. A downloaded brief, an enquiry reference or an automatic receipt is not a contract, team reservation or project acceptance.
Before contracting we clarify objectives, deliverables, integrations, responsibilities, price, taxes, timing and acceptance criteria. A commitment arises from the parties’ agreement in the form specified in the proposal and contract, after the necessary information has been provided.
The administration panel lets AURENIQ approve a proposal version internally. Internal approval does not replace the client’s acceptance. The current website provides no checkout, online payment or automatic service contract acceptance.
3. Prices, currency and VAT
Packages describe a starting point and a limited scope. ‘From’ or ‘indicative’ labels do not price every project in a category. Published prices apply to the described limits and deliverables; the final configuration is confirmed in a written proposal.
The operator is VAT registered. An individual proposal specifies the currency, calculation basis, applicable VAT and total payable, together with recurring or third-party costs. For a consumer, pre-contractual information will show the total including applicable taxes before acceptance.
The RON equivalent of a EUR base uses the official BNR rate and publication date shown on the page and is informational. Payment currency, the invoicing exchange rate and reference date are agreed in the proposal or contract; they do not follow automatically from the website equivalent.
Deposits, billing milestones, due dates and additional costs are expressly agreed. This page does not impose a standard deposit, a general penalty or a hidden fee.
4. Scope, timing and collaboration
The proposal identifies included pages or features, revisions, integrations, client-supplied content, environments and exclusions. Timing is confirmed after checking dependencies, materials and required access.
The client appoints an authorised feedback contact and supplies agreed materials and authorised access. Delays or new requirements may affect timing and price; we discuss this before continuing the affected work.
Additional requests are documented and approved separately. Handover, verification and correction of non-conformities follow the agreed criteria and timescales. Client silence does not automatically become acceptance merely because this page exists.
5. Content, code and usage rights
The client must hold the rights or permissions for supplied text, images, trademarks and data. AURENIQ website materials and third-party marks may only be reused within legal or contractual permissions.
The contract specifies deliverable rights, the timing and conditions of transfer or licensing, code access and pre-existing components. Open-source libraries, fonts, imagery and third-party services remain subject to their own licences.
AURENIQ portfolio publication requires the necessary permissions and must not disclose confidential information. A portfolio entry does not mean AURENIQ owns a project’s trademark or every component.
6. AI, SEO and external services
An AI project defines the task, data sources, providers, tests, limitations and human review points. Outputs may need verification and correction. Presenting an AI service does not promise absolute accuracy, autonomous decisions suitable for every context or training a proprietary foundation model.
SEO and performance objectives are defined through metrics and a scope of work; we do not guarantee a fixed search ranking or sales volume. Payments, maps, APIs, cloud platforms and other external services also depend on their providers’ terms.
AURENIQ, Quiet Bill and the Auri assistant have distinct identities. Their appearance in the portfolio does not automatically extend an AURENIQ contract to the use or support of those products.
7. Maintenance, access and ending a project
Hosting, updates, monitoring, backups, interventions and response times are included only where defined in an accepted proposal or subscription. Support duration, renewal and cancellation procedures are communicated before contracting.
On termination, the contract determines work status, handover, access and amounts due for performed services, subject to the law. These terms do not make every deposit non-refundable.
Access problems and security risks are handled under the contract and legal obligations. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or elimination of every incident. Responsibilities and any permitted limitations are defined proportionately, without excluding liability that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Information for individual consumers
Where a distance contract with a consumer falls within Romanian Emergency Ordinance 34/2014, mandatory rights and information apply, including, as a rule, withdrawal within 14 days after a service contract is concluded. An enquiry form does not itself start service delivery.
Starting a service during the withdrawal period requires the appropriate express request. Losing the right after full performance and the rules for digital content involve distinct consent and information conditions. Custom software is not automatically exempt simply because it is made to order.
Before contracting we provide the applicable terms, information and withdrawal model on a durable medium. The consequences of withdrawing after service delivery starts follow the law. This website currently collects neither a request for early performance nor a waiver of withdrawal rights.
Where digital content or services fall within Romanian Emergency Ordinance 141/2021, statutory rights concerning conformity, necessary updates and remedies apply, including bringing the supply into conformity and, under the legal conditions, a price reduction or contract termination. These rights do not depend on buying an additional maintenance subscription and are not excluded by a customised deliverable.
If consumer contracts are concluded through an online interface in a future version, the workflow will also need the withdrawal function required by Article 11^1 of Emergency Ordinance 34/2014 where a right of withdrawal exists. The current enquiry submission is not such a contractual acceptance workflow.
9. Confidentiality and responsible use
Do not submit data you are not entitled to use, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt services or send abusive messages. Personal data in enquiries is explained in the privacy notice.
Where AURENIQ would process data on a client’s behalf, roles, instructions, measures and providers are documented separately, including a processing agreement where required. These terms do not replace that agreement or a project-specific confidentiality undertaking.
10. Questions, disputes and changes
For questions, use the operator’s contact details and project reference. Consumers may consult ANPC and ADR/SAL channels; prior discussion with us does not restrict access to authorities or courts. The former European ODR platform no longer accepts cases.
Applicable law and jurisdiction follow the contract and applicable rules. Consumers retain mandatory protections and jurisdiction rules that cannot be contracted out of.
The displayed version concerns website use. Updating this page does not unilaterally amend an existing contract. Project terms change through the agreed mechanism and within the law.
