CONTEXT & OBJECTIVE

How can visitors move from a medical specialty to an appointment request?

The project is a medical clinic website in development, presenting specialties, doctors and an appointment-request configuration flow. The study focuses on information structure and digital steps, without medical recommendations or clinical outcome claims.

USER EXPERIENCE

An understandable journey before a feature list.

Proposed journey: someone finds a specialty, consults its information and prepares a request to the clinic. A request is not a confirmed appointment. Requested information and confirmation handling need validation before the flow is used with real people.

WHAT COMES NEXT

Directions for validation and development.

The proposed next step checks mobile readability, clarity of specialties and the distinction between request and confirmation. No real patient information or case records are included in this study.
