CONTEXT & OBJECTIVE

How can optical product browsing connect to preparing an appointment?

Vanrelo Optical Studio is an online store in development. Its context connects product presentation with an appointment configuration and request flow, also under development. The journeys need a clear connection without treating a request as a confirmed booking.

USER EXPERIENCE

An understandable journey before a feature list.

Proposed journey: a visitor explores products, identifies a need to speak with the studio and prepares an appointment request. Confirmation, availability and response ownership need definition and testing before that flow is described as operational.

WHAT COMES NEXT

Directions for validation and development.

Proposed validation separates product selection, appointment requests and actual confirmation. The capture shows the project interface; it does not establish completed payments, orders or appointments.
