Search within agreed information
A prototype can search selected documents and identify the passages used. Content access must respect the user’s permissions, including when sources change.
Finding a procedure, sorting an enquiry or drafting a reply can be useful starting points for AI. We choose a repeatable, verifiable task and assess whether an assistant helps the people doing it today.
Let’s scope your solutionBefore designing the interface, we check which documents are current, who can access them and who judges answer quality. An internal assistant has different boundaries from a public one. Allowed topics, unavailable information and handover to a colleague need to be defined early.
We combine the capabilities relevant to your scope. Deliverables and integrations are agreed in the project proposal.

Summaries, classifications and suggested replies can enter a review step. Sending messages or changing data in other applications are separate actions with explicit boundaries.
We prepare ordinary examples and difficult cases: ambiguous questions, missing sources or conflicting information. Quality, response time and technical usage inform the decision to expand.
An example journey to adapt to your business rules.
The user asks about a procedure covered by the pilot. The system checks access and searches only the sources permitted in that context.
The interface presents an explanation and available references. When information is insufficient, the result should identify what is missing rather than fill gaps with assumptions.
An unclear case reaches the designated person. Feedback informs changes to sources, rules or tests; it does not automatically mean training a new model.
We start with authorised documents and representative examples. The demonstration covers failed cases, operating costs and ownership of source maintenance. Production integration is scoped after evaluation.
A proprietary assistant can combine your interface, sources, rules and integrations with existing models. Model and provider selection follow project requirements. Training a foundation model is not implicitly included.
For a pilot, we prefer tasks with reviewable outputs. Automated actions need separate rules for what they may change, permissions and error handling. Accepting suggested text does not automatically grant permission to send a message or change an account.
