Custom eCommerce.

Some products are sold through choices that do not fit a standard catalogue. We design custom commerce around configuration, business rules and the operations required.

UNDERSTAND THE SOLUTION

Custom eCommerce, beyond the label.

What it is and what it means

Custom eCommerce is designed for selling rules that do not fit a standard configuration, such as B2B workflows or products with specific options.

What it can bring to the business

It can connect ordering with business operations more closely. Customisation should be justified by clear requirements and a benefit that can be evaluated.

How it is managed in practice

Administration is designed alongside the store: products, rules, approvals and exceptions. Code and integration changes need testing and technical ownership.

DOES THIS SOUND FAMILIAR?

Which part of your sales process needs its own workflow?

The shopping experience continues through payments, inventory, documents and delivery. We discuss those connections from the start. A configurator, pricing rule or B2B flow becomes useful when both the customer and the people operating the store understand it.

FAQ

The things worth clarifying from the start.

What is involved in scoping an online store?

We discuss the catalogue, product variations, taxes, checkout, payments and shipping. Invoicing, inventory and ERP connections are scoped as separate integrations with clear access and responsibilities.

Can an existing store be migrated?

We start by inventorying products, URLs, orders and integrations. The migration plan covers address mapping, data validation and order testing; retaining Google rankings cannot be guaranteed.
